Mtre. Nicolas Archambault founded Juriseo Lawyers in 2015 and defines himself primarily as an entrepreneur constantly seeking new professional challenges. In addition to being a partner at the firm, Mtre. Archambault holds several interests in companies operating in real estate and legal innovation ( << legal tech >>).
As part of his practice as a litigator, Mtre. Archambault manages the firm’s crucial cases and, more specifically, complex and long-duration trials. Mtre. Archambault has thus been called upon to intervene in sensitive matters regarding shareholder disputes (oppression), co-ownership, construction, pharmaceuticals, technology, and computer hacking. Mtre. Archambault also acts as legal counsel in other Juriseo Lawyers cases.
Consequently, Mtre. Archambault regularly appears before Quebec courts, pleading his cases in an exemplary and pragmatic manner. Within his practice, he has notably pleaded before Quebec administrative tribunals, the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court of Quebec, and the Quebec Court of Appeal, in addition to participating in the preparation of applications for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.
Through his experience, Mtre. Archambault is recognized for his innovative litigation strategies while utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods whenever the opportunity arises. A skilled negotiator, he is known for listening to his clients and for resolving seemingly deadlocked disputes out of court.
Mtre. Archambault promotes the integration of cutting-edge technologies to maximize the efficiency of his work. He aims first and foremost to achieve his clients’ objectives by ensuring the quality of his work and taking their needs and expectations into account.
In addition to the above, Mtre. Archambault has several charitable involvements, notably by being actively involved as a director of various organizations and as a speaker for legal education activities for the organization Éducaloi.
Mtre. Archambault is a recipient of the Prix relève d’excellence awarded by the Association des jeunes barreaux de région (AJBR) for the excellence of his legal skills, for his leadership, and for acting as a role model for his colleagues.
Nicolas is perfectly bilingual. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2015.
