Practicing in private practice since 2020 and having a strong interest in representing individuals before the courts, Mtre. Elisabeth Côté works in diverse areas of law, including family law, labor law, civil litigation, as well as criminal and penal law.
Committed to the best interests of her clients, Mtre. Côté vigorously and successfully defends their rights before all Quebec judicial bodies, including the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court of Quebec, the Administrative Labour Tribunal, the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec, and the Court of Appeal of Quebec. Mtre. Côté has also managed major cases before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal, in addition to having argued several criminal cases before the Ontario Court of Justice.

Mtre. Côté is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Université de Sherbrooke and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2020. She has been a member of the Young Bar of Montreal and the Montreal Defence Attorneys Association since 2020.
