Me Julie Mouawad holds a law degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School. She practices law in French, English, and Arabic.
In 2025, she joined Juriséo Avocats, where she advises and assists businesses in governance, dispute prevention, and strategies to protect their interests. She has extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation, including shareholder disputes, construction law, corporate law, and intellectual property.
