Having quickly distinguished herself in her pleading abilities early in her career, Karine Bouchard demonstrated her skill during her studies by representing the Université de Montréal at the Laskin Moot, a pan-Canadian moot court competition, and continues to use her talents to ardently and convincingly defend her clients’ rights.
Ms. Bouchard regularly pleads before Quebec courts, notably the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court of Quebec, and Quebec’s administrative tribunals. She also handles several cases at the province’s highest court, the Quebec Court of Appeal.
Ms. Bouchard is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2018. She has been an associate with Juriséo Avocats since 2023.
