Alicia Filarowska began her career in the retail sector, where she held the positions of assistant manager and visual merchandising manager at Pandora from 2012 to 2014. These early years allowed her to develop a keen sense of operational management, customer service, and product presentation in a highly competitive environment.
In 2014, she transitioned to the financial sector by joining Desjardins. For ten years, she specialized in business services, acquiring solid expertise in strategic support, needs analysis, and complex case management. She stands out for her professional rigor and deep understanding of the business world.
Driven by a strong interest in management and coordination, she oriented her career towards roles that allowed her to fully leverage her organizational strengths. Eager to structure, optimize, and advance projects, she embarked on a new professional chapter.
