A seasoned litigator, Me Michaël Lévesque represents businesses and individuals before the courts of Quebec, both in first instance and on appeal.
Although he quickly goes on the offensive when necessary, Me Lévesque is a skilled negotiator who has pragmatic and decisive knowledge of the fate of out-of-court settlements as well as out-of-court settlement conferences (CRA). in which he frequently participates. He is also recognized for giving his clients the truth and for his involvement in his files.
Mr. Lévesque is highly appreciated by the business community of the North Shore of Montreal and he benefits from an extensive network of contacts that he puts to the benefit of his clients and those around him.
Me Michaël Lévesque works in civil litigation and more particularly in construction law, real estate law and recourse for latent defects. He is also an accredited trainer with Quebec real estate brokers (OACIQ) and has provided training for real estate brokers. He is also involved in commercial law where he advises and intervenes in the acquisition and sale of shares.
In addition, Mr. Lévesque is president of the Association des jeunes barreaux de region (AJBR) and is outgoing president of the Young Bar of the judicial district of Laval.
Michaël is perfectly bilingual. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2015.
