Stéphanie Elias joined the Juriseo Avocats team in August 2023.

Ms. Elias practises mainly in civil litigation, real estate, and construction law. In the course of her practice, she is often called upon to represent clients before Quebec’s various civil courts, including the Court of Quebec and the Superior Court of Quebec. Dedicated, passionate, outspoken, and always on the lookout for pragmatic solutions, she never fails to put her keen sense of synthesis and analysis to good use for her clients and colleagues.

In parallel with her studies and professional life, Ms. Elias has mentored and tutored other law students at the Université de Montréal Faculty of Law. She has also volunteered with the Juripop organization with Canada’s National Student Pro Bono Network. She also attaches great importance to community involvement. These experiences have enabled her to develop her ability to communicate information clearly, precisely and in popular terms, a skill she puts to good use for her clients daily.

Ms. Elias is a graduate of the Université de Montréal Faculty of Law and practises law in both French and English.
